Cardamon

This powerful little oil packs a punch. Coming to us through a collaborative sourcing initiative in Guatemala, this essential oil is not only handy to keep on hand in the kitchen for its many spice uses but also to support the respiratory system and gastrointestinal health.

Adding a drop to my tea is yummy and warming as well as a drop to some almond milk whipped up into a latte = 😻😻😻 perfection.

This oil can be taken internally to help soothe occasional stomach discomfort and can have impressive effects on the respiratory system due to its high 1,8-cineole content, which promotes clear breathing and supports respiratory health.

Belly feeling unsettled? Just a drop on the abdomen (add a little lotion or coconut oil to make your oil go farther) for some soothing relief.

My friend Nancy's diffuser recipe is an equal combination of wild orange and cardamon. The mixture of aromas calms the mind and brings focus. A great blend for those angry days.
