A Little About Me

As a former NICU nurse I have a deep passion to integrate western and eastern medicine with a focus to bring it back to the individual! I found my tribe and home at Rishi Yoga in spring of 2013. My yoga journey brought me face to face with the raw and authentic version of myself I had been hiding for years. My experience at Rishi Yoga inspired me to start yoga teacher training, which I completed in spring 2015. I found my new path in healing through essential oils from doTERRA while battling celiac disease, which was not only taking away my Italian love of food but affecting my heart and fertility. Including essential oils as part of my practice quickly evolved into powerful workshops that help people relax and center with the power of AromaYoga. I love to educate people about the scientifically proven ways to use essential oils and natural products. I host webinars and private sessions, let me know how I can help you.
