Something about the crisp, woodsy aroma that makes me love the cozy inside while it’s chilly outside. Supportive to the respiratory system and a helpful expectorant this fir is wonderful to diffuse or use topically on your chest during a cold with a cough. The unique chemistry of Siberian Fir includes bornyl acetate which can be known to brighten and soothe skin making it a favorite oil to use during a massage. My personal favorite way to use Siberian Fir is before and after a workout. I put some topically on my knees and back then smell the energizing aroma before my run and repeat the process after my run and add some lemongrass and deep blue.
